Sound and Vision The Hague (Beeld en Geluid Den Haag) isn't just a venue. It is an inspiring location for any succesful meeting, convention or dinner, housed within the heart of the city centre of The Hague. Sound and Vision The Hague offers state of the art meeting rooms full of ambiance, and the various rooms can hold 6-350 people. They are very well suited to organising plenary sessions combined with break-out sessions for groups up to 600 people. Our venue is a state of the art meeting and event location: high-speed internet, luxurious meeting rooms with the option of adding a video conference to your meeting, a webcast studio, one of the largest Newsrooms in Europe and our monumental Theosophers’ Temple.

Enrich your meeting by adding a workshop from our Academy. Additionally, our passionate Chef would love to take care of your after-work drinks, a stylish yet informal buffet or a multi-course dinner, all catered to your specific needs and desires.

Meetings

Sound and Vision The Hague has various meeting rooms at your disposal – three meetings rooms can hold up to eight people each and two rooms can hold up to 40 people each. These modern rooms come with a touch screen monitor as well as the possibility to use video-conferencing.

Convention

Sound and Vision The Hague is a fantastic location to hold a convention, symposium or conference. The location is all about communication in every sense of the word, that will inspire attendees and embolden your meeting. The largest meeting room offers 250 seats. If you would like to have several break-out sessions, then we can offer various smaller meeting rooms as well. You can record or live stream the event simultaneously.

Webinar

Webinars are often used as a tool for creating successful communication and marketing. In co-operation with Company Webcast, Sound and Vision The Hague is the only museum in the Netherlands that has an in-house professional webinar studio. The studio is fitted with live HD imaging, perfect sound and interaction. Webinars can increase involvement and are a great tool in all communication, marketing, leads, training sessions or when informing a large group of people at once.

Sound and Vision The Hague can host an exclusive dinner, a relaxed and casual reception or any other type of exciting, corporate event. There is enough room to welcome groups up to 800 people.
